Beautiful morning. Snow conditions were good at 10 AM, but were starting to get a bit slushy by 11. Hadn't been groomed for a while, but that's OK. Tracks and skating deck were excellent given the amount of snow there is to work with.

Still some signs of corduroy from past grooming. Good conditions. Tracks looked pretty good too, although somewhat washed out in corners. Snow holding up well, with just a bit of debris under some trees.

Trails were not groomed during my ski but still very good conditions. Groomer was out right as I was leaving. Get out and enjoy, it's as good as it's been this season.

Trails not groomed as of about 11 am but the classic tracks were still very good except for the expected washed out corners. Beautiful ski day.

Beautiful conditions at Highland this morning: fresh grooming and tracks. They've added a new extension toward the high school that probably adds a half K for a total of 4. They've also made some small adjustments to some problem places on the course. Very nice!

Lots of families out enjoying the snow. Overall skiing excellent. Tracks were well-defined, albeit a bit slow with the new snow. Skating deck was likewise firm with a fluffy top. There's a new segment on the second hole, a left fork that takes you to Snelling and through the high school athletic fields. Adds about a kilometer to the loop.

Saw the groomer finishing as I arrived at 2 pm. Thank you groomers for packing and tracking before the winds could blow away the snow on this exposed trail. Good coverage throughout. I was on B skis, but would have been fine on A skis. The tracks were blown in on most sections, but a steady stream of skiers kept resetting the tracks making it easy to follow during the daylight.

Recently groomed. They must have trucked in some snow from Canada or something because there were no bare or icy spots. Conditions excellent. Tracks were fast and firm, but not too deep. A few pesky leaves were the only minor problem. Skating deck was fast, too, as evidenced by all the HP Nordic team members who flew by me.

Nice morning ski. Hasn't been groomed for awhile so trailed is well worn. Hopefully a groomer can get out soon.
