Skied 16km of short loop after thunderstorm passed -- only skater out there, a few striders though. Some loose snow on a hard base on the manmade snow loops. Skate is manageable. Existing tracks are firm but icy in some spots, overall rate fair to good considering the conditions.

Not much loose snow for good edging like yesterday but still enjoyable. I did 15k on the 1k manmade loop and did double poling half the time as the glide was fast.

1k of manmade was groomed this morning and the ski conditions were good. The skate deck was not icy with enough loose snow for edging. The glide was surprisingly good despite 39 degree temperature. Double poled in the track as they were good. Thanked the groomer who also was skiing.

A morning grooming of the manmade snow loop with the Ginzu improved skate conditions by creating a shallow layer of loose snow. The spur to the snowcat bldg was tilled with the PistenBully and new tracks set. Old tracks remain on the rest of the loop.

Very icy at 9am as it had not been groomed in the morning. After going down the very icy hill I avoided it and turned around and did the lower sections as many others were doing. I still skied 11 miles but it would have much more enjoyable if it had been groomed like when I skied on Friday under fantastic ski conditions.

Manmade snow trail froze hard overnight. No new grooming. Trail is very firm, with little loose snow. Tracks are solid but icy.

A firm base with wet, loose snow on top on a warmish, cloudy day. A bit sticky, but still very nice for skate and stride. A few specks of dirt - hence the B skis. A great day to be out skiing.

The Snow Maker’s have been at it again, so the trails have been extended. Mark and I spread the whales, tilled, and set classic tracks.
