Great ski this morning at Hartley in the crisp air. Trails appeared to have been recently groomed and were in excellent shape with a deep track that was fully intact. There were occasional leafs in the track to avoid. Fun outing.

Skied both the inner and outer loops and the tracks were perfect. No icy spots, even on the big hill on the outside loop. Good day!

A friend and I skied this afternoon. The trail was just groomed. Wow! It was delightful! Hats off to the groomer who appears to me is a real professional. I've been a baker for many years and if I knew who he or she was I would be happy to make a big apple pie. Praying for a little snow! Life is good for this 70 year old.

Crisp, cold morning at Hartley. 5 degrees with a little fresh snow in the track meant glide was pretty slow. Tracks are perfect, however, and kick was bomber! I was on skins. Wax skis beware of oak leaves!

Trails were groomed overnight since warm up/rain. Solid tracks and hard wax worked well. Quite windy with some leaves in the tracks. Thank you to groomers for getting out there!

Excellent conditions this morning on all of Hartley. With the exception of just a few places where someone had walked on the trails, it was a close to perfect morning. Get out and enjoy!

Set tracks are skied in but not sloppy, lots of skiers must have been on the trail today. The big downhill is very forgiving yet as the snow is still pretty soft. Very few leaves in the tracks at this time.
