Skate deck soft and slow. Classic skiers look like they are having a great time. Sun was shining. Nice south breeze.

Silky smooth! Classic skiing was very good; skating looked like it was probably soft. Tracks were solid enough that I could ski with confidence even though the matte late afternoon light made them hard to see. After dark it was actually easier to see due to light from the neighborhood reflected off the clouds. The only ice I noticed was on a few north-facing up-hills where I couldn't get a good pole plant, but other than that it was a very enjoyable ski. Thanks Mitch!

Skated in the morning and classic in the afternoon, a tale of two techniques... The skate deck is soft, very soft, no bare spots. The classic track is terrific! Nicely set and even except for a couple of spots under threes on north facing slopes, it won't take you by surprise, the icy spots are obvious and not difficult to surmount. Be careful climbing out of the parking lot, those piles of snow over ice are treacherous. A good day of skiing.

No grooming yet, but three of us were able to ski the perimeter of the golf course. While there are a few windblown spots, there is lots of snow. Breaking trail in fresh snow is something we don't get to do often in the cities. Get out and enjoy it.

We laughed, we cried, we skated and we strided. 'Twas a great run we had going, but Mother Nature has spoken and it appears that grounhog is full of hot air. Lots of ice and unsafe conditions. We do not have the equipment to till it up so it will require a solid snowfall to be able to resume grooming operations.

Nice skating conditions and no real bare spots yet. Classic tracks are not really a thing cuz of the weather. But gorgeous, soft but skiable conditions. Get out there while you can and thanks Mitch for great grooming.

Very good coverage with little to no debris, but conditions are what one would expect with these temperatures. A hard, fast, crusty deck that can make it difficult to get an edge, but good for practicing double-poll and glide balance!

Skiing was wunderbar! Groomers were out scarring up the ice to provide a good skate deck so as to safely contain the hurtling nordic meatbags along the trail. A unexpected treat. Kiitos. Tag. Thanks.

Spent many hours bringing back some life after the freeze/thaw. Skate deck is skiing nice with full coverage. Removed the haggard classic track to till up the ice chunks but the snow wouldn't allow me to reset anything of quality. Grooming plans: My hopes are the sun will soften it up and I'll try putting some form of a track in the next 24 hours.
