Got out for a ski over the lunch hour and did three loops around the lake. The natural snow is firm and in fantastic shape. The sun has been hard on one small uphill spot, but the rest of the trail is fantastic. Thank you groomers!

Absolutely beautiful morning at Hyland. I stayed on the made snow loop for the hills. The snow was perfect. Hard packed deck, with enough moisture but not too much, so it felt fast. The tracks were very solid, and faster than the deck for downhills (ever so slightly glazed). Very few leaves anywhere, even the tracks. Ultra clean snow. The downhills held up really well despite snowplowing, and Boulder Ridge was no problem at top speed. Sunny and wonderful. Thanks to the crew!

Beautiful morning at Hyland. The skate deck was firm as always and the snow was a bit squeaky because of cool overnight temps. It’s been a great season, thank you groomers!

Nice skiing today at Hyland. The trails were all good and the weather was beautiful. There were some leaves in the classic tracks in a few places but the tracks were pretty deep in most places, I used them on some of the downhills and it didn't seem as scary as it sometimes is. There were plenty of people out there today enjoying the weather.

I skied the man made loop except Boulder Ridge. Freshly groomed. Base is very firm but not at all icy. Slow since it is cold, but it should speed up with the temperature.
