Beautiful day skiing and such a gift to ski to the bypass for Boulder ridge. Decent tracks at 2 pm. Holding up well. Up hills had mash potatoes. Enjoy our holiday skiing.

Great conditions this morning, and was a nice surprise to find up to the Boulder Ridge bypass open on the manufactured trail, giving us about 4k total!

Manufactured snow loops are holding up well and even with school team Nordic ski races, there was room to ski on the wide tracks. All man made snow loops remain in excellent condition for both skate and classic. Kudos to groomers.

Star, Willow and Frog Town were in very good condition. Just a little chewed up with moderate sugar on the uphills. It was 21F degrees. I used FastWax Blue LF. With newly waxed and different skis, I moved better than I did on Sunday. Still couldn't sustain my skate all the way up Willow Creek outbound except once but moved faster the rest of the way over three laps. Caught the tail end of high school races my first two laps after my 4:40 start. Despite the 21 degrees temp, I had to stop after my first lap and switch from my light glove liners to knit ones. My toes were going as I concluded lap three despite wearing my second thickest socks.

Excellent conditions for classic skiing - and the Frog Town extension was an added bonus. Skate deck very nicely groomed as well - best skis are safe to use.

Woot. Open through frog pond now. The loop is great to have some more space. Tracks were firm and fast this morning. Glad that they were full depth for classic skiing.

Very good conditions. About 30 degrees with a south wind that was enough to slow you down on the Willow Creek downhill. Moderate chewed up sugar on the uphills. I used skis waxed last year with Salmon FastWax LF that seemed kind of slow as was I.
